Weight Watchers

Ok so two years ago I did WW for 12 weeks. I lost almost 20 pounds. I also weighed over 150 and I'm not even 5 feet tall. I went to Ohio after the WW program was over and I was able to work out with a trainer and on my own at least 4-5 days a week. I lost 8 inches around my waist and 1 1/2 inches on each leg and calf. My arms also looked amazing. Everything went downhill when I moved back to Boston/Andover a year ago. Anyways... I'm back on the WW train.

I have been doing it for 2 weeks but I havent really been focused even though I have lost 4 pounds. Starting today I am focused!!!! Hopefully in 10 weeks you guys will get a post from me that says I lost my 20 pound goal!

Let me know if you have any tips? Right now work is hard because of the many parties and a candy jar and free food lying around. Home is better but we eat out constantly so it’s not THAT much better. All I do is eat sushi and these Thai noodle soup bowls. I can’t live on that crap alone. Chocolate kills me. I NEEEEEEEDDDDDD chocolate - esp after the hellish days at The Agency lately.

I need to work out too. I know my friend Amy got into great shape doing Tae Bo and I have all her DVD's so I just need to stop being so lazy and just do it. Do you have any other tips?

Girl, I think I've gained 10 pounds sitting on my rear end for the last two weeks. There goes all my inches lost!

Cheryl always says it's about health and strength and not weight loss. I tell her she's nuts!
